this listing is an add-on to upgrade from a standard earring hook to a saddleΒ for stretched ears 316L surgical steel must be purchased with a pair of earrings. one pair of earrings per pair of saddles. if buying more than one pair of earrings, add as many saddles as earrings to apply the upgrade to all pairs. ***THESE ARE SPECIAL ORDER as I don't carry all sizes in stock and have to order it from my supplier.
