Ingredients: Rice Flour, Cocoa processed with Alkali, Tapioca Starch, Aluminum-free Corn-free Baking Powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate baking soda, tapioca starch monocalcium phosphate), Vanilla Powder, Cellulose Gum, Baking Soda, Salt.   This mix is GMO-free.
