This insert is designed to hold TONS of 3" sanding discs and keep them organized by grit.  It includes a legend for the following grits: 80 120 150 180 220 320 400 Each sanding disc well can also hold up to 20 sanding discs, 2 sanding sponges or 10 pad savers. It fits in: 5-Compartment Low Profile Packout Organizer 48-22-8436 11-Compartment Low Profile Packout Organizer 48-22-8431 It is available with a label that clips onto the 5-Compartment Low Profile Packout Organizer handle that says 3" SANDING DISCS and includes the M12 logo.
