A token meant to be passed down through generations. Our Memento series offers cotton muffler, stole, and blanket made from yarn spun by the ancient Japanese spinning machine "Garabo", of which only a few are still in operation. The spinning technology, which has remained unchanged for 150 years, is incredibly inefficient and the thickness of the yarn is uneven, but it contains a lot of air, and the warmth and gentleness that evokes the scenery of old Japan are woven into the waffle structure, hence the the name "memento," and is perfect as a heartfelt gift for someone special.
