Organic Yuzu Marmalade

Carefully handcrafted in small batches, this Organic Yuzu Marmalade features a brand of organically grown yuzu citrus. This premium yuzu is grown in Kito village in Tokushima Prefecture without using any pesticides, herbicides, chemical or animal-based fertilizers. The yuzu is characterized by its large size, beautiful color, refreshing aroma, and thick rind, the combination of which is perfect for marmalade. Kitomura’s skilled craftspeople hand-press the yuzu to squeeze out the fresh juice, thinly slice the rind, and simmer them together with organic beet sugar and honey sourced in Japan.
