Cold Snap® is a European pear tree that produces juicy, floral, sweet fruit that is firm enough to produce a snap when eaten. Fruit is ideal eaten within 2 months of harvest but can be stored for up to 6 months in refrigeration.  Trees are vigorous, cold hardy and grow in an upright-spreading form making them a great option for tighter spaces for high density plantings.
