Growing Day Neutral Strawberries: Day neutral strawberries should be grown as an annual.  After planting, pick the flowers off the plants for around 5 weeks until 5 or 6 large, fully expanded leaves have formed.  Remove all runners Mulching with straw around the plants will improve fruit production  Water regularly, strawberries have shallow roots.
