IV Drip Chamber Holder

IV drip chamber holder keeps your drip chamber upright and flowing when you're changing out medication bags and/or pumps. This device is designed with ALS transports in mind but can be adapted for other clinical uses as well. Often during an ALS transport when your patient is on multiple drips, you have to move the hospital's drip lines from their pumps to yours. Most of the time, the transport pumps are different makes and/or models than the hospitals are using so you have to change out their IV tubing for yours. You want the vasopressors to keep running while you're changing out the tubing so you unplug the drip chamber from the norepinephrine, in order to use the medication bag to prime your line, and you try to hang the drip chamber on the IV pole, but it inevitably won't stay put.
