48" hardwood back to back handle

One pair of 48" long door handles designed to install back to back. These add a luxurious touch to entry doors, interior non-latching doors, sliding doors, and more. Our handles are 100% handmade in the USA.   We set aside the best of our hardwood stock for these handles and we produce them in small batches. After sculpting the wood to shape, each handle goes through an extensive hand sanding process involving four successive grits of sandpaper.   We offer two wood species: walnut and  mahogany.*Walnut has a mix of dark brown and light brown tones. It will display more "character" in variation of grain pattern and tones than the other 3 options. *Mahogany has a tight grain and a dark reddish color. It is the most consistent in color and grain pattern of the two options, and is by far the most luxurious choice (in our opinion).
