Pre order 1 of only 5 limited edition NCC jerseys for the Washington Boulevard Bulls. The Bulls are a product of the successful Calabar and Kingston College systems. They joined the NCC competition as the brainchild of Mr Romeo Monteith and represent the communities from the Northern Kingston & St Andrew region. These player issue jerseys will be worn in the 2020 (or 2021) NCC competition, and no more will be created.
