Our gourmet hams start with heritage breed, pasture raised pork that is highly marbled and dark pink in color. Our head butcher at The 1915 Meatery secures each ham with butcher's twine to ensure a beautiful shape while reheating and a show-stopping centerpiece for your supper table. Reheating Instructions Our smoked hams are fully cooked. To warm, preheat oven to 325° Place smoked ham on a roasting pan or sheet pan fitted with a wire rack, fill bottom of pan with water and cover ham tightly with foil.
