These are UNISEX but when it comes to using ring sizes, there is not a universal sizing guide so that is why they are listed as men or women sizes. Def take a peek at the image with the ruler to get a better idea of size. If you need to know your size, wrap a piece of paper around your finger, mark it nd then lay it flat next to a ruler... or measure another ring going for an inside diameter.+ If they don't fit one finger, it will surely fit another. + Should the ring be a bit tight when you receive it, wet it and try putting it back on until
