If you are claiming loss or other non-delivery, your claim must be submitted within 60 days (120 days international) of shipping. If tracking lists your package as “delivered” a determination is at our discretion. Packages will not be considered “lost” until 45 days after shipment have passed in the USA or 90 internationally. Many times carrier's delay packages for unknown reasons. Insurance only applies on the shipment to the shipping address provided on your order. Shipments re-shipped out of the country by a mail consolidator is not covered once they receive it. If your order is damaged in transit, let us know.
