Chateau Qanafar Cocu 2021

Cocu is Château Qanafar's 100% cinsault wine.  Cinsault is an ancient grape varietal which, while grown in many modern wine-producing regions, may have originated in the Eastern Mediterranean and could be a native Lebanese grape.  It is often referred to as the pinot noir of warm climate regions because it produces light and fruity reds with a very elegant structure.  Incredibly versatile, cinsault enjoyed at usual serving temperatures is perfect for cool autumn evenings or sunny spring days.  Slightly chilled, it is a wonderfully refreshing summer wine.
