270 Wolf Tray (Stainless Smoking & Grilling Tray)

Versatile stainless steel perforated tray for grilling, smoking, braising, resting, and cooling.  Our buffed stainless steel trays are super-easy to clean, dishwasher safe, and are designed to last for years. The small perforated pan is Wolf Revenge's (pitmaster Chiles Cridlin) secret to avoiding butter bath "tan lines" when cooking competition chicken (hence the name of this tray!)  Larger trays are ideal for smoking and glazing ribs, smoking whole sides of salmon, smoking pork belly for bacon or pork belly burnt ends, grilling fish and vegetables.  Our trays are approx 50% heftier than most grilling trays.  To our knowledge, our trays are the only ones on the market designed to conveniently fit inside disposable aluminum pans (half and full size, respectively) or rest atop a full-size cookie sheet (as our Classic Large tray does).
