They are a rugged, tough, determined, and well-balanced force. You know what we think of when the Army comes to mind and we reach for that cup of joe? A well- balanced naturally processed coffee like this Ethiopia Natural. The natural processing means the fruit is left on the coffee bean while drying. The process is typical to regions with limited access to water and results in a sweeter, fruit flavored coffee. This heirloom, hand-picked brew makes a very bright cup with hints of blueberry and the sweetness that you expect from naturally processed beans.  We suggest ordering whole bean and grinding just before use, but we are also happy to grind it for you.   Certification/Grading: Natural Roast: Med-light Tasting Profile: Milk chocolate, fruity, caramel Grower: Smallholder farmers from thee Sidama zone.
