The Three Month Event Package

Three Month Event Planning Services Include: *One Event Coordinator and one Coordinator assistant will be provided for 8 hours of service on your event day (additional hours of service may be added for an additional fee). An additional assistant can be added for an additional fee for an 8-hour day. Additional overtime will apply if that additional assistant stays more than 8 hours.  * Prepare the event timeline with client (2-3 hour in person at our Burbank office or over the phone 1-4 weeks prior to the event). *This will be scheduled durning the week, weekends excluded. *Manage event vendors (day of event) per your instructions – 3 Little Birds will be available in person during the contracted hours on the event day to assist vendors with any problems or questions. *Examine, negotiate, and finalize vendor contracts. *Up to 5 Scheduled in person or videoconference meetings within the 90 days prior to event date contract. *Finalize personal touches and creative concepts. *
