Sock Monkey 18 Head

The Sock Monkey 18W is also available in head and matching 1×12 cab. Basically specs are the same as the 18/12 combo with 2x EL84 output tubes for 18W, 3x 12AX7 preamp tubes, VOLUME, TREBLE, BASS, and MASTER controls, as well as a pull BOOST on the volume control. Decidedly British sounding, it’s tone is in between a AC-15 and an 18 watter with more gain. We’re doing these in limited runs of 25, the first run will be Vintage Amethyst (purple) with a Fawn racing stripe. The Sock Monkey 1×12 cabinet is the same size as the Sock Monkey combo, and houses a 12″ Celestion Greenback and sells for $699.
