100% Pinot Noir The 2022 Willamette Valley Pinot Noir is comprised of all the vineyards that Big Table Farm works with -  as Brain says " the whole is great that the sum of the parts."  The wines are 100% whole cluster, fermented with whatever yeast blows in the door and nurtured to dryness and perfect extraction using foot trodding and pumpovers, and a gentle press.
