Champagne Tarlant Zero Brut Nature, France

Blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and ChardonnayThis cuvee makes up most of Tartlant's production and is the obsession of Benoit Tartlant. "Zero" is a reference to Tartlant's emphasis on unadorned terroir with natural yeast and no dosage. This Champagne is 60% of the base vintage plus 40% reserve wine. It's organically farmed, hand harvested and the fruit comes from all 62 parcels that Tartlant owns across 4 villages. Each blend is vinified separately to give winemakers complete flexibility in the final blending process.
