Sunflower Sprouts Find a container between 2” and 3” in depth Fill the container to 1” with potting soil Spread sunflower seeds to evenly cover the soil Cover the seeds with ½” of soil Water thoroughly Cover the tray and put in a dark place. Day 2 water Day 3 water and uncover the tray. Place the tray in a good light source. Water and light days 4-7 Day 7-10 harvest at 4” to 6” and eat Seeds left sealed in the bag should last for years. Excellent nutritional source.
