Inspiration   It’s a ⅛” thickness board with white clay background covered with black ink, and it takes very fine lines with sharp tools to create such details. I could also color the exposed white parts with ink, and I can layer the colors. It’s almost like watercolor and engraving, with looks of printmaking. I draw from organic materials to architectures and abstract shapes.  Materials/Size 6"x 6"x1/8" scratch board (black ink coated clay board) with wax coating for surface protection. Framed in a black wood patterned floating box frame with a hook on back. Care Instructions The finished surface is coated with protective wax layer to prevent damaging.  It is recommended to be framed in "floating frame" or frames without glass/plexi front panel because of the waxed surface.   With frame/without frame options.  If questions or custom orders, please inquire via email at info@314studio.com.  Shipping policy Most orders ship within 1 week.
