The porous structure facilitates faster and stronger absorbent capacity and provides moist wound healing environment. The soft and comfortable foam can help redirect the skeletal pressure. Breathable polyurethane film allows vapor transmission and prevents wound bed maceration. MedVance™ Foam with adherent border is a PU foam laminated with PU film coated with hydrocolloid adhesive on the border. MedVance™ Foam without border is made of PU film laminated with PU film.
