Eclipson Model S Kit

The Eclipson model S is a high performance slope soarer. Aerodynamic efficiency has been the main goal of this project since the conceptual phase. With a theoretical maximum lift to drag ratio of 23 to 1 and minimum sink rate of 0.38 m/s this model is simply the most efficient of our designs thus far. By printing this model with LW-PLA flying speeds are moderate making it well suited for thermal flying or use as a trainer for less experienced pilots.
