NOTE: When using dense materials, this motor is underpowered for this size tube. Wet clay can be extruded, but not on the dryer end. We have created a new extruder system for large-scale paste delivery. This linear actuator RAM can be fully controlled from the standard ceramic 3D printer control software. While the print is being printed, you can change and control the flow rate. Our extruder can flow at much higher rates than most others due to its larger extruder capacity and extremely robust components. In a commercial application, this allows you to produce your product at a faster cycle time. We paid special attention for easy disassembly and cleaning when designing and building our RAM extruder. Everything is made of food-grade materials to ensure safe food handling. It is intended for thicker materials such as heavy clay, thick dough, and confectionery items.
