3D Potter｜3600 ml Linear actuator Ram Linear actuator ram only.  The 3600ml extruder is intended for use with the 3D Potterbot Scara V4 Clay 3D Printer. It has a much larger capacity than our 2000ml model while being even more compact. It is possible to achieve maximum accuracy and power with a hybrid closed loop stepper motor. The 3600ml extruder comes with two 3.75” diameter poly-carbonate tubes, which are significantly larger than our 2000ml 2.75” diameter tubes. The 3600ml extruder is similar to the 4000ml extruder, but it is designed specifically for the Scara V4. Our 3600ml extruder is powered by a large closed loop hybrid stepper motor with a 0.625” Acme screw (which is larger than the 0.5” screw used on our 1000ml and 2000ml extruders). In comparison to the 2000ml extruder, this is a much more robust drive system.  It can also extrude thicker clay or paste at a much faster rate than the 2000ml. With a larger tube and a larger nozzle outlet, it can accommodate larger-diameter nozzles up to.5" in diameter (12.75mm). This enables us to extrude larger volumes of clay through the large nozzles included with our ceramic 3D printing machines.
