OPTIONAL GLASS CUP PROTECTION What does the protection include? Free replacement If item is damaged in transit or damaged at home within the first 3 days of delivery. Glass Cup Protection is valid only if added before the order SHIPS YOU CAN: Add Glass Cup Protection at time of purchase. Email HELLO@3RDWARDTECHCHICK.COM to add Glass Cup Protection if you missed it, but only BEFORE item ships. USE OF PROTECTION:  In order to use this protection you MUST send pictures of damaged item.  Strict 3-day policy. (Weekends are counted in the 3 days)  If the item is damaged on day 4, Glass Cup Protection is NOT COVERED. EACH CUP must be insured.  If glass cup protection is not added to your cup(s) and the item is damaged in transit or damaged at home, FULL COST OF ITEM SHALL BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER FOR A REPLACEMENT REQUEST. EXAMPLE: (If 5 cups arrive damaged and you only purchased 1 cup protection, only 1 will be replaced)
