Strange Beast by Aaron Burleson

On display in the Chromedge Gallery Gallery through January   "Strange Beast" 28" x 43", acrylic on raw canvas$1,800 Aaron Burleson is a multimedia artist based in Columbus, Ohio. He was raised in Dayton and began by drawing nature illustrations at a young age. Taking inspiration from mythology, folklore, and pop culture, he works primarily in large-scale figurative painting, but has branched out into digital imaging and design, video editing, and sculptural installation. He has shown his work in gallery and museum settings, completed his BFA from Ohio State University in December 2021, and put up his first post-graduation exhibit, Buzzard’s Roost, in the spring of 2022.
