French Silver Bar Set Includes Cocktail Shaker & Ice Bucket On my recent trip to France, I paired this cocktail shaker and ice bucket or pail. It can be hard to find sets that match. I was fortunate enough to find several shakers and ice buckets that I could choose from. It was a great way to spend a morning in Paris. So from Paris to you. Now you can set up your own Parisian cocktail hour. The set is comprised of a tall cocktail shaker with built-in strainer and a handsome ice bucket with swing handle.  Each piece has a ribbed design. French silver plate, C 1940. The ice bucket is marked with the #12 and the shaker is marked “Metal Argente”, the maker’s mark is GD and an unknown animal. Information on this mark shows that it has not been identified.
