Introducing our latest keto meal! We gave this Southern Staple a low-carb spin. Tail-on shrimp are basted with lemon, herbs, and olive oil before being sprinkled with smoked paprika and grilled. We pair them with a rich and creamy puree of cauliflower and Asiago cheese "Grits." It's served alongside a colorful helping of grilled mixed veggies: eggplant, zucchini, and peppers.
