Hemingway's Cigar Shop-RARE!

RARER THAN RARE!  VERY UNIQUE PIECE! From The Christmas in the City Collection When this very unique and rare piece was first issued, it was called "Hemingway's Cigar Shop".  It soon became what is now known as "Havana's Cigar Shop". Both items are exactly the same with the exception of the name change of "Hemingway" to "Havana".   Note the misspelling of Hemingway on the bottom of the piece, spelled as "Hemmingway". Just another unique feature of this rare item! Department 56 #805534 Issued in 2008; retired in 2010. Contents: One porcelain building with light cord and signage to hang on building.  This comes in a plain white sleeve; was not issued with the usual outer sleeve. Condition:  Item appears to be new and never displayed.
