At first, the Tangent tables appear natural and organic, but the form generation was enabled by contemporary Computer Aided Drafting. The top profiles are a series of intersecting circles and lines at tangent points on the circles. The legs attach at critical tangent points on the edge of the table top for a stable yet sinuous silhouette. Crafted entirely from solid wood with a hand-rubbed finish.
