Polaris General RZR suspension swap kit. 64" or 72" width *Free Shipping*

This is a "Builders Kit" to convert your 2 or 4 seat General to RZR XP1000 or XP Turbo trailing arm suspension. No mods are needed to convert the front susp. to 64" RZR XP. Your choice to use standard 64" width RZR or 72" RZR S components. For 72", you need to use ORB long travel A-arms or relocate one of the tabs on the frame. Detailed instructions with dimensions and pics. included to help with the conversion. 64" width can fit up to 32" tires with forward offset arms.  72" width can fit 35" tires with forward offset arms. Adds more travel and about 4" more wheelbase. This install kit will require skilled fabrication, layout and welding skills. Some additional materials will be needed and varies on how you decide to clearance and reinforce the frame section and hoops.
