Maldafrica is obtained from a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Fermentation takes place in underground terracotta amphorae with maceration on the skins. It continues its aging in Slavonian barrels for 12 months. It is a ruby red wine with aromas reminiscent of a Sicilian summer evening: spices, aromatic herbs and capers.
