Hints of floral and smoke notes combine with brilliant acidity and nectarine, Honeycrisp apple, Turkish delight and dried-thyme flavors to make a delightful pour.  Winemaker Description  The Spanish word "Hito" means milestone or a stonepost (sometimes carved) used to indicate direction or distance on roads or to delimit fields. A clean bright pale pink in color, the nose reveals sweet, fruity aromas of ripe strawberries, red currants, rose florals. On the palate, it is refreshing, balanced, & lively with a good acidity that makes it easy to drink.
