Winemaker Description  Domaine Fouassier is a certified organic and Biodynamic Sancerre grower specializing in wines produced from single plots and vineyards. Les Chasseigneres is produced from vines between 30 and 50 years of age grown on predominantly Kimmeridgian limestone. The bouquet suggests delicate citrus fruits with a distinct mineral note.
