Known as “chicken wine” and a favorite on social media for a long time, this rosé impresses with its lightness and character. Soft pink with silver reflections, notes of roses, red berries and a hint of citrus on the nose. Juicy and lively on the palate with aromas of strawberry, peach and a fine salty minerality on the finish. Winemaker Description  Color & Presentation: Bright powder-pink with silver highlights. Harvest Details: The 2024 harvest occurred between August 2 and October 3, aiming for grapes at perfect maturity—balanced, expressive, with good acidity and freshness, promising aromatic richness and aging potential. Vinification: Grapes are harvested early in the morning to preserve fruit freshness and avoid aroma oxidation, then pneumatically pressed. Fermentation lasts ~15 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by slight fining and bottling. Grape Varieties: A blend of Cinsault, Grenache, and Syrah.
