The approximate size of the Crucifix is 1" inch and a 1/4 by 7/8 of an inch and the Miracle Medal is 5/8" of an inch by 1/2" of an inch. The total necklace Length is approximate 17" with a 2" and a 1/2 inches extension chain. You could wear this delicate piece of jewelry or you could just use it for praying.
