Our 10 year extended warranty for Herman Miller Aeron office chairs is a great way to protect your investment, and make sure your Aeron is functioning for the next decade. This warranty will give you 10 years of protection from the date of delivery.  This 10 year extended warranty covers the functionality and working hardware components of the chair. This does not cover consumable parts such as back lumbar pads, arm pads, or under seat foam pads. This warranty also does not cover any physical damage including torn/ripped mesh, cracked plastic, broken casters, or anything else deemed to be outside the normal use or function as deemed by management.
