What you need for 1 cup of Hot HK milk tea: TL HK Tea Leaves: 9 g Evaporated Milk: 60 ml (2oz) Water (for each cup, use 8 oz of water; for 2 cups, use 16 oz of water and so on) Tips:  Preheat (Soak) the tea cup with hot water, add evaporated milk, pour in the hot tea to allow the milk fragrance to be released. A steaming cup of Hong Kong-style milk tea is then ready. Afterwards, you can add condensed milk or sugar according to personal preference.
