Glow in the Dark HTV Vinyl - 12"x15" HTV Glow in the Dark Vinyl

This is a 12"x15" size glow-in-the-dark HTV vinyl. This is a matte finish, smooth surface indoor removable vinyl for Cricut, Silhouette, etc. Generally this film can be cut on the same settings as other standard adhesive vinyl film.  I do recommend small test cuts. If you ever have problems cutting any vinyl, I know for Cricut you can put it on the custom setting and try different vinyl types that will adjust pressure accordingly.
