We proudly showcase it as a single origin in our Santa Maria de Dota, and it features in our French New Wave and Sunflower Espresso blends as well. Our partner in Tarrazu, Hacienda La Minita, is known throughout the world for producing amazing coffees on their estate, and also for expertly processing coffee from neighboring farms as well. One of those neighboring farmers we had the chance to spend time with earlier this year was Javier Umaña, who owns a beautiful farm in the community of Canet. Several members of Javier's extended family own parcels of farmland nearby. The land, which was used for cattle for years before coffee was planted, was divided amongst family members over the years.
