Kirkey 81 Series Road Race Seat

The new Kirkey Racing 81 Series Standard Containment Road Race Seat is constructed from aluminum, and includes a black seat cover. This new road racing seat from Kirkey replaces the 71 Series seats. It is designed for road racing, kit cars and club racing, and is available in five (5) sizes: 14", 15", 16", 17", 18.5".  The kit consists of an aluminum seat with black cloth cover and a 20 degree layback. MIG welded from .100" and .190" thick 5052 grade aluminum. Unique 3-piece design allows for maximum vertical adjustment. The Shoulder and Back adjusts 2-1/2" vertically. The Head Restraint adjusts an additional 3/4" vertically. For added safety, reinforced head and shoulder restraints provide additional support.  Energy absorbing impact padding on the head restraint results in added protection.  This seat is designed for easy entry and exit from race car to facilitate quick driver changes.
