The traditional Santa Maria grilling roast ,the tri-tip is flavorful boneless cut we can't help but love for the grill or oven. Lean and tender, the tri-tip is thick yet quick-cooking, flecked with delicious marbling, and rich in beef flavor. Please note: the size of this cut can vary due to the size of cattle in pasture based programs being so variable. Please contact us if your Roast was smaller and we will happily refund the you the difference in price/lbs that the Roast was smaller. We are sorry for an inconvenience this may cause however that is directly a result of us working with mother nature and not utilizing feedlots which is what the conventional industry does to yield more precise sizes.
