Wavetrac Front Limited Slip Differential - B6/B7 S4 The Wavetrac® Audi A4 & S4 Quattro Differential is the only torque biasing differential on the market and uses a patent pending technology that mitigates wheelspin when an unloaded wheel or low grip condition arises. During zero axle load conditions, the Wavetrac cam device acts to create internal load, which transfers to the gripping wheel instead of acting like an open diff. Fitment:-B6/7 S4 - 0A3 manual transmission (Does not fit B7 RS4) Precisely engineered converging and diverging wave profiles are placed on one side gear and its mating preload hub. As the two side gears rotate relative to each other, each wave surface climbs the other, causing them to move apart. This imparts an increased normal force through the side gears, increasing the bias ratio as a function of load.
