There is a 10$ deposit per pallet of grass you order for the pallet it comes on. If you manage to return the pallet we will refund you for the full 10$. Please have your order number available for us to process the refund.The price reflects the cost of the grass plus the pallet deposit.A pallet covers 450 sqft or 50 yds. Palmetto St. Augustine has smaller leaves, larger density, and deeper rooting compared to Raleigh. Slightly more shade and drought-resistant compared to Raleigh. Requires 3-4 hours of direct sunlight per day. Moderate maintenance and recovery rate.
