Please have your order number available for us to process the refund.The price reflects the cost of the grass plus the pallet deposit.A pallet covers 450 sqft or 50 yds. Tiff 419 is your "golf course" grass with a finer blade. Requires 100% full sun with a minimum of 7-8 hours of direct sunlight per day. High drought tolerance and recovery rate. Looks best when mowed more frequently and kept short.
