Art Deco 14kt/Platinum, Diamond + Enamel Locket Pendant

A striking locket pendant from the Art Deco (ca1920s) era! Crafted in 14kt yellow gold, this pendant has a fabulous geometric design. The locket features a rich black enamel bordered by a luxurious cream-colored enamel. A glittering "V" shape is encrusted with 23 Single Cut diamonds, their bright sparkle contrasting beautifully against their platinum setting. A single Old Mine Cut diamond rests at the top of the locket below its ornate black enameled handle. The locket is double-sided, the backside matching the black and cream enamel. A simple 14kt white gold bail carries the pendant, ready to hang from a favorite chain. When the Old Mine Cut diamond is pushed, the locket opens to reveal a golden inside.
