Art Deco French Sterling Silver Rock Quartz Crystal Ring
A fabulous rock quartz crystal ring from the late Art Deco period (ca1930s! Crafted in sterling silver, the ring features a sparkling round rock quartz crystal in the center. The crystal, which is particularly large in size, is a faceted round cut and catches the light beautifully when worn. The crystal is held within a multi-prong setting, and the remainder of the band is smooth and simple. The outside of the band features a small hallmark, which indicates that the piece was created in France. It's a wonderful ring with a classic, versatile look and would make a lovely addition to any antique jewelry collection! Measurements: The ring has a finger size of 5.25, but it could easily be resized. The rock quartz crystal measures 1/2" in diameter and sits 1/2" atop the finger when worn. Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the sterling setting or to the rock quartz crystal, which is intact.
