His investigation led him to the Vanderbilt University Institute of Coffee Studies (ICS), which shared over 19,000 studies highlighting coffee’s remarkable health benefits. Contrary to outdated perceptions, coffee—rich in antioxidants—proved beneficial. Armed with this knowledge, the Salisburys embarked on a mission: to create the world’s first health-focused coffee brand.
